· Master overhaul kit with BorgWarner High Energy 3-4 Frictions. · Raybestos High Energy Forward and Reverse Frictions. · Vince Bielanski 4L60e machined pump. · 2 -5/8” wide carbon fiber band - Wider design band for more friction surface. · New Reverse Drum – Required for use with the 2-5/8” wide band due to flat surface. · Beast Sunshell - Replaces the problematic stock Sunshell which is prone to breakage · BorgWarner Heavy Duty Input Sprag - replaces the stock single cage sprag with a dual cage design. · Custom 9 clutch 3-4 pack - replaces the stock 6 clutch pack for more clutch surface area resulting in stronger 3rd and 4th gears. · Sonnax Smart Shell - Replaces the stock input drum with a modified drum with bolt in 3-4 clutch pressure plate allowing higher line operating pressure and preventing 3-4 drum snap-ring failure. · Billet 2-4 Servo - servo has more surface area resulting in more clamping force on 2-4 band. · HD 2-3 shift Valve - allows the overrun clutch to stay on in d3 to help support the load on input sprag. · Billet 4th gear Servo - Billet design has lip seal instead of Teflon scarf cut OEM design for better sealing. · Sleeved Input Drum with Billet Overrun Piston - reinforces the input drum in the area where the input shaft splines into drum. · GM 5 Pinion Front Planetaries - planet set has 5 pinions over the stock 4 pinions for more load carrying ability. · GM 5 Pinion Rear Planetaries - has 5 pinion design over stock 4 pinions for heavier load ability. · Aluminum Accumulator Pistons - replaces the stock plastic pistons which are prone to cracking. · Thrust Washer Kit - replaces the worn thrust washer in unit. · Sonnax wide Sun Gear Bushing - wider design helps stabilize Sunshell. · Custom Shift kit - modified from commercial kits to my specifications. · New Transgo Separator Plate - thicker design plate is more durable against check ball wear found in stock plate. · New AC Delco shift solenoids. |
